The Grand International is a quirky collection of authentic Filipino and Egyptian recipes that I’ve tried, tested and adapted (ever so slightly) for the health-conscious American palette.

Growing up in a food-obsessed Filipino-American home and spending my summers in Cairo, I’ve developed a taste for both dinuguan and torshi. I love cooking both cuisines, so I’ve decided to share my culinary adventures for everyone to try.
